Brian Oh is a Foreign Legal Consultant in Kim & Chang’s Product Liability/Consumer Claims Practice Group and Cross-Border Litigation and International Arbitration Practice Group. He regularly advises multi-national companies on Korean product liability law issues in both litigation and regulatory contexts. Brian also has extensive experience in all facets of complex business and commercial litigation in the U.S. and Korea, having represented Fortune 500 corporations and high-profile individuals in a broad range of industries, including consumer electronics, automotive manufacturing, banking and finance, entertainment, education, and real estate. Mr. Oh is admitted to the California bar.
