Anthea Davies is a Senior Associate in the Products Law team at Hogan Lovells.  Her areas of focus include 'post-market' product safety issues including compliance matters, corrective actions and recalls, in addition to product safety regulatory and compliance advice at all stages of the product lifecycle.  Anthea has a broad client base, and her clients include technology companies, and consumer goods companies (manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers) in the toys, cosmetics, sports/leisure and home appliances industries.  She has extensive experience advising clients on the EU and global product safety regulatory framework with a particular emphasis in managing international product safety issues (corrective actions/recalls) with Hogan Lovells' vast network of local offices and local counsel.  With a focus on providing meaningful advice for her clients, Anthea provides advice that considers not only the legal implications, but also the commercial and practical impacts on the business
